2016 Symposium on Molten Salts Chemistry and Technology, hosted by Beijing University of Science and Technology, took place on 21st-23rd October in Yanqing, Beijing. Yanqing is chilly but beautiful in autumn. Ni Li and I attended the meeting. Rather than being confined to our own small world, we luckily enlarged our cognition and learned more. What impressed me most was that an expert encouraged us to creatively do search rather than “research”. Long as the way is, I will keep on searching above and below. Fighting!
